Pet Stains

At J.D Dixon, we take pet issues seriously because their accidents go through the carpet and padding, settling on the subfloor which can be twice the size of the area on the surface. The problem is topical deodorizers will not eliminate the source. To completely solve the issue, we identify affected areas, pre-treat down to the subsurface, allow sufficient dwell time, and flush out the problem. Afterwards, special enzymes remain behind to digest any odor-causing bacteria left. In severe cases where 30% of an area is affected, we highly recommend replacement and for the subsurface to be cleaned and sealed.
