Preperation

We always confirm the time of our arrival. We arrive on time, professionally dressed, and ready to work. Please remove any personals items that may be in the way as well as belongings on furniture.  We are open to individual requests otherwise. You may also vacuum if you would like, but we include a thorough pre-vacuum with our standard service. Lastly, we require a water source, be it outside, a spigot, or a faucet from which we can run our hose.
